The Era of Intelligence
Bernardo Castilho, Chief Technology
Officer
These days when intelligence is discussed, you may hear
the following terms attached: human, artificial,
business, digital, or others. It seems we all try, in
our way, to comprehend or perceive intelligence at the
highest level. In our industry, business intelligence
(BI) is part of many conversations and BI tools are
becoming increasingly popular.
|
A key area where ComponentOne fits in with BI is with
our ActiveReports product. Self-service reporting is a
powerful business intelligence tool and ActiveReports 8
offers an add-on web-based ad-hoc reporting solution
that enables business users to easily create interactive
reports.
Data overload can happen easily but to transform our
data into useful information for business purposes, more
and more of us, developers, end-users and IT pros, are
looking for self-service BI. If you are in this position
as well and are looking to accelerate self-service BI in
2014, put ActiveReports 8 on your list of things to
check out in the new year. You'll be amazed how much
more effectively your BI comes together with
ActiveReports 8 than with other traditional reporting
tools.
